Slow Response Time for TD Processing

Please note that we experienced degraded performance on our system which resulted in longer than normal response times. Some transactions that actually processed may have returned a declined message, resulting in a mismatch for the client. We have been able to complete the necessary refunds and/or voids to nearly all mismatched transactions that occurred during the incident. As a precaution, Merchants may want to log in and check if any of the declined transaction need to be reprocessed.

The issue has been resolved and our team continues to monitor the issue. Some transactions that actually processed may have returned a declined message, resulting in a mismatch for the client. Our team will be correcting and refunding the transactions that had this occur. In the meantime, please do not adjust any transactions that occurred during this window, so that we can handle it within our system.

We are currently experiencing a partial downgrade of performance of our TD processing again. Our team is investigating the cause and we will post updates here until the issue is resolved.
