A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. We will be reprocessing the Batch Files which were previously stuck in an importing state.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue where some merchants are seeing Batch File uploads getting stuck in an importing state, preventing any new Batch Files from being uploaded on the account. We will provide an update once available.
